Job Overview

Floyd Construction is seeking Wood, Chain Link and Ornamental Fence Installers. This position will include year-round work, and an opportunity to make an impact on some of Calgary’s most impactful projects!

Key Responsibilities

• Install various types of fencing including wood, chain link, and ornamental
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time and to company standards
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, and organized job site
• Use power and air tools, as necessary, to complete installations
• Assist with other duties as required

Experience & Skills

• Prior experience in fence installation is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Familiar with power and air tools
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
• Follow company safety protocols on all sites
• Driving license (required)

Pay and Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday (8:00-4:30) 
• Weekend work may be necessary due to the nature of the work
• 12 months per year
